As the assigned photographer for Bolloré Digitale, I had documented the post-COP21 protest in Paris. My objective was to capture the spirit of activism, the unity of purpose, and the demands for concrete action on climate change. The protest served as a platform for individuals and organizations to express their concerns and push for systemic change.
Throughout the demonstration, I immersed myself in the crowds, capturing powerful images of passionate activists, creative signs, and colorful banners. My goal was to convey the urgency and determination of the participants, as well as their commitment to holding governments and corporations accountable for their environmental policies.
I documented the diverse range of voices and perspectives represented at the protest, including environmental activists, indigenous communities, youth groups, and civil society organizations. These photographs aimed to amplify the calls for sustainable solutions, social justice, and a livable future for all.
In addition to capturing the mass gathering, I focused on documenting the peaceful nature of the protest and the collaborative spirit among participants. I sought out moments of unity, solidarity, and collective action that showcased the power of grassroots movements in driving change.
