I worked as the branding designer for "Capital Avicola," a company dedicated to egg production and chicken farming. The challenge was to create a logo that effectively combined the concepts of "city" and "poultry," representing a city within an egg.
To achieve this, I designed a distinctive logo that featured a cityscape nestled inside an egg shape. This playful and imaginative approach visually communicated the company's focus on urban poultry farming. The typography chosen for the logo was tall and bold, ensuring legibility and adding weight to the overall design. It seamlessly integrated with the isotypic part of the logo, creating a cohesive visual identity.
The colors used in the logo were yellow and a vibrant violet. This combination not only provided a striking contrast but also conveyed a sense of modernity and youthfulness, aligning with the company's image. The yellow symbolized energy, positivity, and the sun, while the violet added depth and sophistication to the brand's visual identity.
One of the key considerations during the logo design process was versatility. The logo was carefully crafted so that it could be used both as a complete unit, featuring the isotypic and typographic elements together, and as separate components. This flexibility allows the logo to adapt to different mediums and applications, ensuring maximum impact and visual consistency across various branding materials.
The "Capital Avicola" logo captures the essence of the company's urban poultry farming concept while embodying its modern and youthful spirit. The combination of the cityscape within the egg shape, the bold typography, and the vibrant color palette creates a visually compelling and memorable brand identity.
Whether used on product packaging, marketing materials, or digital platforms, the logo effectively represents "Capital Avicola" as a dynamic and innovative player in the poultry industry. Its versatility allows for consistent brand recognition and adaptability across diverse communication channels.
